LEMONGRASS MARTINI


As the name recommends this is a difference of the martini and uses lemongrass and lychee sap.
Elements
30ml vodka
30ml lemongrass sap
30ml lychee sap
Lemon wedge
For the lemongrass syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 stalks of lemongrass, slice into thirds
PROCESS:
To make the lemongrass syrup: blend sugar, water and lemon grass pieces in a saucepan and fetch to a simmer. Lessen, heat and boil for 10 minutes till the sugar thaws. Crush and cool for two hours.
FOR THE MARTINI: semi fills a mixture shaker with ice, add the vodka, lemon sap and lychee syrup and shake. Strain into a martini glass and squeeze the lemon sap into the glass and drop the lemon in.
